  • 300 g - Button mushrooms, cut into pieces
  • 3 - Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Spice powder (garam masala)
  • 2 tbsp - Coconut paste
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Chopped, coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp - Chilly powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - Oil.

How to Make Tomato And Mushroom In Coconut Gravy

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until golden brown.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, mushrooms and the chilly powder. Mix well.
  • Now fry it on a low heat for 4-5 mins.
  • Add the salt, coriander leaves, spice powder and coconut to it and mix well.
  • Add sufficient water and simmer until the mushrooms are cooked and the gravy thickens.
  • Serve hot with rice.
