Ingredients

  • 1 recipe paratha dough from whole Wheat flour.
  • 1/2 cup - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil to shallow fry

How to Make Tomato Juice

  • Quarter the tomatoes. Remove seeds with a small spoon. Keep aside.
  • In a blender, blend together all ingredients with 2 glasses of chilled water or crushed ice.
  • Strain with a not-too-fine strainer.
  • Pour into glasses and add some of the seeds back.
  • Stir and serve chilled.
  • Garnish with a small sprig of mint.
