Tomato slice - 60 gms

Cheese - 60 gms

Crushed pepper - 2 gms

Fresh Basil - 5 gms

Olive oil (extra virgin) - 10 ml

Mix Lettuce - 15 gms

Wine Vinegar - 15 ml

Salt - 2 gms


  1. Marinate sliced blanched tomato in wine vinegar.
  2. Cut Roundels of Tomatoes and Mozzarella.
  3. Arrange tomato and cheese slices one by one on a plate.
  4. Arrange mix lettuce leaves on the side.
  5. Sprinkle freshly crushed black pepper, salt, broken basil leaves and olive oil.
