  • 1 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup - thick curd
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tomato Onion Raitha

  • Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Mix the onion, tomato, salt, mustard seeds and asafoetida.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
