How to Make Tomato-Onion sabji

  • Take a microwave-safe vessel.
  • Put the ginger, onion, coriander leaves, oil, green chilli and mix it well.
  • Microwave this on high for 5 mins with the lid closed.
  • Then add tomatoes, chilli powder and salt. Microwave it on high for another 4 mins with the lid closed.
  • Add coconut (optional) and microwave it on high for 2 mins.
  • Use as side dish for dosas, chapattis, parathas etc.
