Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 3 - Tomato, large
  • 1 - Potato, big
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 3 tsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 - Lemon

How to Make Tomato-Potato Rice

  • Cook rice and keep it aside.
  • Cook potato separately for 10 mins.
  • Put oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, tomato, chilli powder, garam masala and the boiled potato to it.
  • When tomatoes become soft, add the cooked rice to it and mix well. Add lemon juice to it.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
