Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour (atta)
  • 3 - roma tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 2 Green chillies (Serrano/jalapenos), chopped
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds (jeera)
  • Few sprigs - Coriander leaves (kothmir/cilantro), chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Water to knead dough
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Tomato Puris:

    1. Mix all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl and knead to a firm dough.
    2. Make small balls and roll into puris.
    3. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
