How to Make Tomato vadi

  • Boil tomatoes in water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove and grind it in mixie without water.
  • Filter it and separate the pulp and the juice.
  • Keep pulp aside and take only juice.
  • Heat juice on a low flame, stirring it continuously.
  • As it starts becoming thick, add coconut, sugar and again stir it, till it becomes thick and leaves the sides.
  • Grease a big plate with ghee, spread mixture over it and make diamond shapes on it.
  • Cool it for 1-2 hours.
