How to Make Tossed Makhana or Fox Nuts Recipe

  • Take a kadhai, heat oil over a medium flame, add asafoetida and then put in salt and red chilli powder. Stir for few seconds.
  • Now toss in the makhanas to it, lower the flame and keep stirring it well.
  • After that add rest of the dry spices to it and on low flame keep roasting them.
  • Keep tossing them on low flame for 7 - 10 minutes to make them crisp and crunchy. Remove from flame and cool. Serve
