How to Make Traditional Paneer cutlets

  • Mash the boiled potatoes and add the grated paneer.
  • Boil the green peas and mash them.
  • Add the peas, onions, bread crumbs, green chillies and the rest of the spices in the potato-paneer mix.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of the hot and sweet sauce. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Make patties of the mixture prepared. Coat them in the rice flour, maida mix and deep-fry.
