Ingredients

  • 1 bowl - grated Paneer
  • 4-5 - boiled Potatoes
  • 1 bowl - Green peas
  • 1 bowl - finely cut Onion
  • 1 tbsp - finely cut Green chillies
  • 1 bowl - breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Aamchur
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 bowl - finely cut coriander
  • 2 tbsp - hot and sweet magi sauce
  • Oil for Frying
  • Maida and Rice flour mixture for coating
  • How to Make Traditional Paneer cutlets:

    1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add the grated paneer.
    2. Boil the green peas and mash them.
    3. Add the peas, onions, bread crumbs, green chillies and the rest of the spices in the potato-paneer mix.
    4. Then add 2 tbsp of the hot and sweet sauce. Mix the ingredients well.
    5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
    6. Make patties of the mixture prepared. Coat them in the rice flour, maida mix and deep-fry.
