Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - chopped carrots, boiled
  • 1/4 - chopped French beans, boiled
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 - chop boiled peas
  • 2 - hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Garlic powder
  • 1 cup - boiled noodles
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Traditional Vegetable Noodles:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
    2. Add in all the masala seasonings and masala and mix well.
    3. Add noodles and toss with everything else.
    4. Garnish with chopped eggs. Serve hot with ketchup and chilli sauce.
