Ingredients

  • 200g - Rice
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - grated Carrot
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Tri colour rice

  • Clean and soak rice for half an hour while you chop the vegetables.
  • Pressure cook rice.
  • Heat oil and add cumin.
  • Once it is brown, add the carrot, chopped chilli and ginger; stir fry with salt.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
