Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - besan flour
  • 1/2 cup - roasted rava
  • 1 cup - mixture of chopped onion, coriander and Green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • How to Make Tri Ratan Koki:

    1. Mix the flours with salt and the onion mixture and 1 tbsp oil.
    2. Knead into a dough using warm water (the koki will crumble otherwise).
    3. Make small balls, roll out into chapatti.
    4. Cook on tawa by applying ghee, butter or oil.
    5. Serve with pickles.
