Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp or as required - Ghee
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 3/4 to 1 cup - water

How to Make Triangle Paratha

  • Take all the ingredients in a dry bowl except water and mix well.
  • Then add water to make a smooth pliable dough.
  • Keep aside for 30 mins - 1 hour.
  • Knead it once and roll into lemon sized balls.
  • Using a chapatti roller roll out to a thin circle and add a few drops of ghee and spread evenly.
  • Then fold to a semicircle, apply and spread ghee evenly.
  • Then fold it again to form a triangle.
  • Roll it to a thin roti or to desired thickness, dust flour if it sticks.
  • Heat tawa and add the roti carefully. Once bubbles starts appearing turn the other side.
  • Cook both sides till brown spots appear.
  • Serve with any pickle of your choice or with onion raita.
