  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp or as required - Ghee
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt as required
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 3/4 to 1 cup - water
  • How to Make Triangle Paratha:

    1. Take all the ingredients in a dry bowl except water and mix well.
    2. Then add water to make a smooth pliable dough.
    3. Keep aside for 30 mins - 1 hour.
    4. Knead it once and roll into lemon sized balls.
    5. Using a chapatti roller roll out to a thin circle and add a few drops of ghee and spread evenly.
    6. Then fold to a semicircle, apply and spread ghee evenly.
    7. Then fold it again to form a triangle.
    8. Roll it to a thin roti or to desired thickness, dust flour if it sticks.
    9. Heat tawa and add the roti carefully. Once bubbles starts appearing turn the other side.
    10. Cook both sides till brown spots appear.
    11. Serve with any pickle of your choice or with onion raita.
