Ingredients

  • 1 - plain sponge cake
  • 2 cups - Sugar syrup
  • 1.5 cup - prepared custard
  • 1 cup- sliced fruits ( banana, apple, mosambi, papaya, Grapes etc as per taste)
  • 1 cup - fresh Cream
  • 1 cup- prepared jelly
  • dry fruits ( few raisins, almonds, Pistachios )
  • How to Make Triffle Pudding:

    1. Take a deep microwave glass bowl. First put the cake and cut it lightly in square shapes.
    2. Pour the sugar syrup on the cake to soak it.
    3. Spread a layer of custard on it covering it from all the corners.
    4. Arrange the fruit in layers.
    5. Pour remaining custard over it.
    6. Spread the layer of cream covering the corners.
    7. Next arrange the jelly pices cut in different shapes.
    8. In the spaces between the jelly pieces put in the dry fruits.
    9. Place the bowl in fridge for an hour or so till the pudding sets.
    10. Serve chilled.
