Ingredients

  • 5 cups - rich Milk
  • 2/3 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1.5 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • a little cold Milk
  • few chopped Walnuts or cornflakes
  • How to Make Truffle in Paradise Ice-Cream:

    1. Mix and simmer milk and condensed milk for 10-15 mins.
    2. Make a paste of cornflour and cold milk. Blend some of the warm mixture into it and add to the rest of the mixture.
    3. Stir and simmer till thick.
    4. Remove from fire.
    5. Dissolve sugar in water over a low flame.
    6. Increase flame and boil rapidly till it caramelises.
    7. Remove from fire, cool slightly and stir thoroughly into the milk mixture.
    8. Scoop out and serve in cones.
    9. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or cornflakes.
