How to Make Truffle in Paradise Ice-Cream

  • Mix and simmer milk and condensed milk for 10-15 mins.
  • Make a paste of cornflour and cold milk. Blend some of the warm mixture into it and add to the rest of the mixture.
  • Stir and simmer till thick.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Dissolve sugar in water over a low flame.
  • Increase flame and boil rapidly till it caramelises.
  • Remove from fire, cool slightly and stir thoroughly into the milk mixture.
  • Scoop out and serve in cones.
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or cornflakes.
