Ingredients

  • 1 can - tuna, drained
  • 3 - potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Celery
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 - tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp - finely minced Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp - salt
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/8 tsp - vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Celery

How to Make

  • Blend tuna and lemon juice well in a food processor. Smash the potatoes.
  • Mix all the ingredients well, keeping aside 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs.
  • Make 6 burgers of the patties.
  • Roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Chill them for 1/2 hour.
  • Grill in pre-heated griller for 5 -7 mins on each side, till brown.
  • Serve the burgers with lemon sauce over it and with tomatoes and onion slices.
