Ingredients

  • 1 tin - Tuna fish
  • 1 - large onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 piece - ginger, chopped finely
  • 3 Cloves - garlic, chopped finely
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tuna Curry

  • Heat oil and add green chillies, ginger and garlic.
  • Add chopped onions and fry till light brown in colour.
  • Add tomato and fry till oil separates from it.
  • Now put chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and fry for one minute.
  • Put tuna chunks in to this and cook for 10 mins.
  • Serve hot with rice.
