Ingredients

  • 1 tin - Tuna fish
  • 1 - large onion, chopped finely
  • 1 - medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 piece - ginger, chopped finely
  • 3 Cloves - garlic, chopped finely
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tuna Curry:

    1. Heat oil and add green chillies, ginger and garlic.
    2. Add chopped onions and fry till light brown in colour.
    3. Add tomato and fry till oil separates from it.
    4. Now put chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and fry for one minute.
    5. Put tuna chunks in to this and cook for 10 mins.
    6. Serve hot with rice.
