Ingredients

  • 1 tin - Tuna fish
  • 1 - large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 - medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 inch piece - ginger, chopped fine
  • 3 - Cloves garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tuna Fish Curry:

    1. Heat oil and add green chillies, ginger and garlic.
    2. Add chopped onion and fry till light brown in colour.
    3. Add tomato and fry till oil separates from it.
    4. Now put chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and fry for one minute.
    5. Add tuna and cook for 10 mins.
    6. Serve hot with rice.
