Ingredients

  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 medium size can of Tuna fish or 2 small cans
  • 4 tsp - Butter
  • 2 medium size Onions chopped
  • 2 tsp - mayonnaise
  • 4 - Lettuce or Cabbage leaves
  • How to Make Tuna Fish Sandwiches:

    1. Butter the bread on one side only.
    2. Add the tuna fish to the onions, mayonnaise and mustard.
    3. Mix well then spread on 4 slices.
    4. Lay a lettuce/cabbage leaf on top.
    5. Cover with the remaining buttered slices.
    6. Cut away the edges.
    7. Slice diagonally.
    8. Arrange on a plate and serve.
