  • 2 cans chunk light Tuna in oil or water, drained
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. sliced Celery
  • ¾ smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. mined red Onion
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • ¾ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of sliced bread
  • Few sprigs of Watercress or Parsley
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

How to Make Tuna Open Sandwiches

  • Flake the tuna in a bowl.
  • Then mix together with the mayonnaise, celery, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion and lemon juice.
  • Arrange the slices of cucumber on the sliced bread, then top with the tuna mixture.
  • Top with a few sprigs of watercress or parsley.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
