  • 1 tin tuna fish
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - chopped parsley
  • 1 to 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • slices of stuffed olives

How to Make Tuna Stuffed Eggs

  • Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise, remove yolks and mash well.
  • Add tuna fish, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, green chillies, mustard, salt and pepper. Blend well together.
  • Arrange egg whites on a platter and stuff with generous helping of the egg yolk mixture.
  • Garnish with a slice of stuffed olives and chill for an hour before serving.
