Ingredients

  • 1 tin Tuna fish
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • 1 to 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • slices of stuffed Olives
  • How to Make Tuna Stuffed Eggs:

    1. Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise, remove yolks and mash well.
    2. Add tuna fish, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, green chillies, mustard, salt and pepper. Blend well together.
    3. Arrange egg whites on a platter and stuff with generous helping of the egg yolk mixture.
    4. Garnish with a slice of stuffed olives and chill for an hour before serving.
