Ingredients

  • 100 Gms - Dhal, Urad (white)
  • 250 g - Maida
  • 4- Medium Green chillies
  • 3-4 - Small Onions
  • 1 inch- Ginger
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Tuppa Dosa:

    1. Soak the urad dal in water until soft. Then grind it into a paste, and keep aside for 10-12 hours.
    2. Now add the maida, salt to the batter and mix well. Add the finely cut chillies, onions and ginger to the batter.
    3. Meanwhile heat oil on a tawa, spread the oil with a brush, and put a ladle full of batter on it. Spread it out with the back of a ladle. Now close the lid for 1 minute.
    4. Now open the lid and fry on both sides.
    5. Serve hot.
