Ingredients

  • 2 Medium size baking potatoes
  • 1 Small onion finely chopped
  • 1 - jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Small Tomato finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed roasted jeera

How to Make Twice Baked Potatoes

  • Wash the potatoes. Wrap them in kitchen napkins and microwave them for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the onion, pepper and tomatoes.
  • After the potatoes are cooked, cut them into half and scoop out the flesh to leave the skins behind.
  • Take the scooped out potatoes and partially mash them.
  • Mix the mashed potatoes with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Use this mixture to fill the potato skins.
  • You can top the potato off with some cheese.
  • Bake the four stuffed halves in an oven at 350 degree for about 10 minutes.
