  • 2 Medium size baking Potatoes
  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 - jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Small Tomato finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed roasted Jeera
  • How to Make Twice Baked Potatoes:

    1. Wash the potatoes. Wrap them in kitchen napkins and microwave them for about 10 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare the onion, pepper and tomatoes.
    3. After the potatoes are cooked, cut them into half and scoop out the flesh to leave the skins behind.
    4. Take the scooped out potatoes and partially mash them.
    5. Mix the mashed potatoes with the rest of the ingredients.
    6. Use this mixture to fill the potato skins.
    7. You can top the potato off with some cheese.
    8. Bake the four stuffed halves in an oven at 350 degree for about 10 minutes.
