Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sooji (rava)
  • 7 to 8 pieces - bread slices
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - boiled Potato
  • 1 or 2 - Green chillies
  • 1 - Capsicum (small)
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Upma bread sandwich:

    1. Heat dry Sooji (rava) on pan till it becomes little brown.
    2. Chop onions, capsicum, tomato and green chillies into very small pieces.
    3. Boil potato and mash it with all the chopped vegetables.
    4. Add sooji (rava) to the mix.
    5. Add curd and milk and make it like a thick paste.
    6. If it is little dry add some water to make a smooth thick paste.
    7. Add salt to the mix.
    8. Take a bread slice and spread the paste of 3 to 5 mm thickness and toast the bread slice on both sides on hot pan with some oil.
