Ingredients

  • Potatoes- 2
  • Chilli powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Seasoning:
  • Oil-1/4Cup
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida -1/2 to 1 pinch

How to Make Upperi

  • Cut potatoes into very thin round slices.
  • Heat oil in a thick bottom kadai.
  • Add mustard and asafoetida and roast the potato slices.
  • Add salt and chilli powder to the above.
  • Allow it to cook sufficiently.
