How to Make Urad Laddu

  • Fry urad dal in a non-stick pan till it turns light brown.
  • Let it cool. Grind it to fine powder along with cardamom and mix sugar.
  • Heat ghee and add it to the urad dal.
  • Mix it and make small balls of laddoo.
