How to Make Vagharelu Dahi

  • Mix red chilli powder, turmeric and salt with dahi.
  • For tempering, heat oil, add the diced garlic and fry till the it turns red.
  • Add the dahi mixture and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve hot with chapattis.
