Ingredients

1 cup - Powdered Sugar

3 - Egg whites

1 tsp - Vanilla essence

Method

  1. Beat the egg whites till stiff.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla essence and mix well.
  3. Using a tsp place blobs of the batter 2 inches apart, on a greased tray and bake for 20 minutes.
