Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - mixed vegetable
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Veg Parathas:

    1. Grind mixed vegetables with as little water as possible.
    2. Take flour in a bowl, add salt, oil and mix well.
    3. Add the ground paste of vegetables, mix well.
    4. Add water as required for chapatti dough consistency.
    5. Roll, flatten and cook on both sides.
