Ingredients

  • 6 slices - Wheat bread
  • 3 - potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp - Amchoor powder
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 3 tsp - sesame seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Veg topped bread:

    1. Mix all the ingredients, except bread, in a bowl.
    2. Cut the bread into desired shape with a cutter. Put the potatoes mixture on top of the bread.
    3. Make a thin paste of corn flour. Apply corn flour on potatoes.
    4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
    5. Deep-fry in oil.
