How to Make Vegan Carrot and Raisins Pudding

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
  • Boil the milk with sugar, grated carrots, raisins. Add the custard powder and switch off the stove.
  • Grease a square cake mould with enough butter, arrange the bread slices, pour the already prepared custard-milk mixture to the arranged bread slices, sprinkle the cashews nuts over it
