  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - custard powder
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1/3 cup - grated Carrots
  • 2 tbsp - Raisins
  • A few - Cashew nuts
  • How to Make Vegan Carrot and Raisins Pudding:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
    2. Boil the milk with sugar, grated carrots, raisins. Add the custard powder and switch off the stove.
    3. Grease a square cake mould with enough butter, arrange the bread slices, pour the already prepared custard-milk mixture to the arranged bread slices, sprinkle the cashews nuts over it
    4. Bake in oven for 10-15 mins
