How to Make Vegan Peanut butter Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

  • Take a large bowl, add the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, oil, apple sauce (unsweetened) vanilla extract, chocolate chips, baking soda
  • Mix everything and knead into a soft dough
  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree F
  • Place a baking sheet in the middle rack, make small balls of the dough and flatten them as cookies
  • Bake them for about 30 mins until they turn slightly brown
  • Let them cool and serve
