Mix the vegetable shortening and powdered sugar with a cake mixer, beat slowly until they turn creamy, add the maida, ragi flour, silken tofu, baking soda, roasted rava and the nuts to the creamy sugar and vegetable mixture, mix slowly until they turn to a smooth dough, don't add water at all
Take a small ball from the smooth dough and flatten, press with a fork
Meanwhile preheat the oven set it for 350 degree F and arrange the cookies in a parchment paper, place the parchment paper in the middle rack of the oven and cook for 30 mins
