  • 2 cups - Coconut milk, thin
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1/2 cup - thick Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup - basmati Rice
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - rose syrup
  • 1 tsp - rose water
  • A few - chopped nuts

How to Make Vegan Rose Rice Pudding

  • Wash the rice and cook along with 2 cups of thin coconut milk, water and sugar up to 3 whistles.
  • Once the steam is released, add the thick coconut milk, rose syrup and rose water, bring them to boil and turn off the stove
  • Serve chilled topped with finely chopped nuts
