Ingredients

  • 1 loaf - bread, sliced down the middle horizontally, and flattened
  • 1/2 - 3/4 - Mixed boiled vegetables
  • Green chutney
  • 2 tbsp roasted walnuts and cashewnuts
  • Butter - As per need
  • Chilli sauce - As per taste
  • Ingredients for green chutney:
  • 1.5 cup dhania patta
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2 tbsp groundnuts
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/2 cup Pudina
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion

How to Make Vegetable And Nut Pinwheel

  • Mash the vegetables roughly. Add chutney to bind the vegetables.
  • Add salt if needed, grated coconut, paneer. Then mix in the nuts.
  • Remove the crust from the bread slices.
  • Roll the bread, then apply butter and chilli sauce.
  • Spread the filling.
  • Then roll it tightly.
  • Cover with a moist cloth and keep in the fridge for an hour.
  • Slice and serve.
