  • 2 to 3 - Potatoes
  • 1 - Sweet Potato
  • 1 - Plantain
  • 1 - Beetroot
  • Salt, pepper and chilli powder for seasoning
  • Spring onions/cilantro for garnishing
  • How to Make Vegetable Chips:

    1. Peel and slice the potatoes, plantain and beetroot into thin slices.
    2. Fry them in batches, separately, in medium-high oil.
    3. Beetroot usually takes less time and has to be done in high heat and taken out faster, otherwise it will absorb lots of oil.
    4. Drain them on paper towels.
    5. You can bake them too at 450 degrees F for 10-20 minutes depending on your oven.
    6. Season them as soon as they come out hot.
    7. Garnish with spring onions/cilantro and serve. Recipe Courtesy:
