  • 3 cups - vegetable stock or water
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt

How to Make Vegetable Clear Soup

  • Heat enough olive oil, saute the chopped onions until they turn translucent.
  • Add the vegetables and cook until the vegetables shrink.
  • Add the vegetable stock, salt and pepper powder.
  • Cook everything and simmer until the vegetables get well-cooked
