Ingredients

  • 2 cups - dosa batter
  • 2 - Carrots
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1/2 cup - peas
  • 2 - Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt for taste
  • How to Make Vegetable Dosa Roll:

    1. Chop all the vegetables.
    2. Heat 2 tsps oil in a pan and fry the vegetables for a while. Then add some water. Cover and cook.
    3. Finally add salt, chilli powder and garam masala and mix well.
    4. Make dosas and stuff with the vegetable masala and roll it. Serve.
