  • 10 big slice -bread
  • 100 g - Butter
  • 3 big Potatoes (boiled and cooled)
  • 2 medium sized Cucumbers
  • 2 medium sized firm and red Tomatoes
  • 10 cubes cheese
  • a small bowl green chutney
  • 2 tsp - chaat masala

How to Make Vegetable Grilled Toast

  • Apply butter to the slices of bread.
  • Make thin round rings of potatoes, cucumber and tomatoes. Grate the cheese.
  • Place the buttered side down, apply a teaspoon of chutney on it.
  • Place a layer of tomato slices and sprinkle some chaat masala powder.
  • Spread some grated cheese on it. Place a layer of cucumber rings.
  • Sprinkle a little masala powder on the cucumber slices.
  • Top this with a layer of potato slices.
  • Apply a teaspoon of chutney on another slice of bread. Place this slice on the layer of potato slices, the buttered side of the bread being on top.
  • Repeat the same with the remaining bread slices and vegetables.
  • Grill it in a toaster till golden. Serve with tomato ketchup.
