Ingredients

  • Potato: 1/4 kg
  • Carrot: 1/4 kg
  • Sugar: 1/2 kg
  • Ghee: 50 g
  • Cardamom: 4 to 5

How to Make Vegetable Halwa

  • Boil the potato and carrot and grind to a paste in the mixie.
  • Mix this paste with 1/2 kg sugar and the ghee, stir fry till it becomes thick.
  • Add cardamom for flavour.
