Ingredients

  • 3 - Potatoes
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 3 tbsps - Corn flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • Garam Masala - to taste
  • Mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Onion - finely chopped
  • 3 - green chilli, finely chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder - to taste
  • How to Make Vegetable Keema:

    1. Boil potato, peas, carrot and mash it.
    2. Mix corn flour, a pinch of garam masala, salt (as per taste), red chilli powder (as per taste), green chillies with the mashed vegetables with a little oil.
    3. Make small balls from the mixture.
    4. Roll in the bread crumbs and shallow fry in oil.
    5. Eat hot with chutney.
