Ingredients

  • 2 - big Ridge Gourds
  • 2 cups - Moong dal
  • A few - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil to spread on dosa
  • How to Make Vegetable Moong Dal Attu:

    1. Soak moong dal for 2 to 3 hours.
    2. Cut the ridge gourd in the form of chips, after peeling the skin.
    3. Grind soaked moong dal. When half done, add ridge gourd pieces, green chillies and jeera. Add salt and grind well.
    4. Spread the batter on a heated, greased tawa evenly and pour a little oil at the edges of the dosa.
    5. Roast on both sides. Your attu is ready to eat.
