  • 2 cups - Rice Flour
  • 1 cup - Grated Carrot
  • 1/4 Cup - Green peas (boiled)
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - Jeera
  • Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • Oil
  • Salt as required
  • How to Make Vegetable Rice Flour Roti:

    1. Take a large bowl, put all the above ingredients into it. Mix well.
    2. While mixing, add appropriate quantity of water to form a smooth and stiff dough.
    3. Form small balls from this dough.
    4. Take an aluminium foil greased with 1/4 tsp of oil. Flatten a ball on the foil to get the shape of roti with wet hands (this will stop the dough from sticking to your hand).
    5. Pre-heat a non-stick pan on the stove with 1 tsp of oil.
    6. Place the aluminium foil on the pan with the dough on the pan surface and the foil facing outwards.
    7. Gently peel the foil and let the dough cook till it becomes light brown. Flip and cook the other side.
    8. Repeat the same for the rest.
    9. Serve with butter on it.
