How to Make Vegetable Rings

  • Remove the skin of raw banana. Cut it into round shapes.
  • Cut the other vegetables into round shapes.
  • Marinate with all the spices.
  • Sprinkle besan flour on it.
  • Shallow fry it.
  • Garnish with peanuts and dal.
  • Note: It can be enjoyed with Snack as a tikka or as a whole meal.
