Ingredients

  • 150 g - brinjal
  • 150 g - potato
  • 150 g - raw banana
  • 150 g - white gourd (doodhi)
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp - besan flour
  • Peanuts and channa dal for decoration

How to Make Vegetable Rings

  • Remove the skin of raw banana. Cut it into round shapes.
  • Cut the other vegetables into round shapes.
  • Marinate with all the spices.
  • Sprinkle besan flour on it.
  • Shallow fry it.
  • Garnish with peanuts and dal.
  • Note: It can be enjoyed with Snack as a tikka or as a whole meal.
