Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp - Curd
  • 1/2 cup - Cabbage
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1/2- Capsicum
  • 3 tbsp - Corn
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper
  • Coriander leaves- 2 -3 sprigs.
  • How to Make Vegetable Salad in Curd Dressing:

    1. Chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
    2. Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 1/2 an hour.
    3. Microwave the corn for 2 mins.
    4. Drain the water and add it to the chopped vegetables.
    5. Now add salt and pepper to the vegetables and toss well.
    6. After half an hour, remove the curd and add it to the vegetables.
    7. Mix well.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    9. Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
    10. Serve chilled with rotis and parathas.
