  • 6 - leftover chapattis
  • 6 tbsp - besan/gram flour
  • 1 tbsp - sooji
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves, a bunch
  • 2 tsp - ajwain /carom seeds
  • Mango powder to taste
  • Salt as desired

How to Make Vegetarian Omelette for Breakfast

  • Make a paste of all the ingredients except chapattis.
  • Heat oil on a tawa, dip the rotis in the above mixture - covering both sides - and cook on a low flame on both sides.
  • Cut into four halves and serve with chutneys or ketchup.
  • Tip: Make it richer by adding paneer, methi/spinach leaves to the besan batter.
