Ingredients

  • 2 cups - sweet Corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup - finely grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Coriander leaves

How to Make Veggie Corn

  • Mix all the vegetables with butter, salt and pepper.
  • Boil the sweet corn kernels for 2 mins.
  • Add the vegetable mixture to the sweet corn.
  • Garnish with cheese and coriander leaves and serve hot.
