  • Soak rice in water for 2 hours and grind it to a paste.
  • Cook rice with water, jaggery, gram dal, cardamom, and salt.
  • Take plate and apply ghee to it. Pour the paste on that plate.
  • Add scraped coconut on the top.
  • Cool and serve it.
