Ingredients

  • 1 cup - vermicelli upma
  • 2 -bread slice (fresh/leftover)
  • 2 -potatoes (medium sized - cooked and mashed)
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup - Carrot (grated)
  • 1/4 cup - Beetroot (grated)
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup - coriander (finely chopped)
  • Oil

How to Make Vermicelli Cutlet

  • Take the bread pieces, immerse in a cup of water for a second. Now, squeeze out the water and mash them completely.
  • Add mashed breads to the potato. Now add chilli powder, garam masala, salt, carrot and beetroot.
  • Mix them well. Finally, add the vermicelli upma.
  • Mix well. Bring it to a chapatti dough consistency.
  • Make cutlets in desired shape.
  • Deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
